1. Introduction

• "Applicable Law" means all statutes, regulations, ordinances and legal instruments applicable to a User's jurisdiction, including without limitation Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any provincial legislation governing gambling or online activity.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is effective from the moment you first access any page of the Platform. These Terms apply to all Users regardless of location, although the Platform is specifically designed for and targeted at users in Pakistan.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that entity.

RQ789 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

4. Nature of Service

RQ789 provides informational and educational content only. The Platform does not constitute gambling advice, investment advice, financial advice or legal advice. Specifically:

• RQ789 does not hold a gambling operator licence in any jurisdiction.
• RQ789 does not accept wagers, deposits or withdrawals from Users.
• RQ789 does not place bets on behalf of Users.

Any decision to engage with a Third-Party Operator is made solely at the User's own risk. RQ789 accepts no responsibility for any losses, disputes or harms arising from a User's interaction with any Third-Party Operator.

5. User Eligibility

Access to the Platform is permitted only to individuals who are:

• At least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to any Third-Party Operator the User may choose to engage with;
• Accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only;
• Not prohibited by Applicable Law from accessing or using gambling-related information services.

RQ789 does not knowingly provide content to minors. If you are under the applicable minimum age, you must cease using the Platform immediately. RQ789 reserves the right to restrict access to any User suspected of being below the minimum age or in violation of these eligibility requirements.

Pakistani users are specifically advised that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, places restrictions on gambling activity within Pakistan. 6. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, layout design and software code, is the intellectual property of RQ789 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Platform Content for personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, republication or distribution of Content without prior written consent from RQ789;
• Modification, adaptation or creation of derivative works based on Platform Content;
• Commercial exploitation of any Content in any form;
• Framing or mirroring of any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital service;
• Systematic extraction of Content by scraping, crawling or automated data collection tools.

All trademarks, service marks and brand names referenced on the Platform that belong to third parties (including payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sports organisations such as the Pakistan Cricket Board and the Pakistan Super League) remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention on this Platform is for contextual and informational purposes only and does not imply any endorsement of, or affiliation with, RQ789.

7. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely for the following purposes:

• Reading and accessing informational guides about sports betting, cricket odds, PSL markets, live casino mechanics, slot games, bonus terms and responsible gambling;

9. Third-Party Platforms and Operators

Their inclusion does not imply that these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RQ789 expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;

11. Limitation of Liability

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under Applicable Law, RQ789's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the greater of PKR 1,000 (Pakistani Rupees one thousand) or the minimum amount required by law. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or any other legal or equitable theory.

12. Gambling Laws & Jurisdiction

The legal status of online gambling varies significantly between jurisdictions. In Pakistan, the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 places substantial restrictions on gambling activity. RQ789 does not provide legal advice, and nothing on this Platform should be construed as a representation that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan or in any specific Pakistani province.

However, RQ789 does not guarantee notification of every amendment and Users should not rely on receiving direct notification of changes.

16. Termination of Access

RQ789 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User's access to the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Conduct that RQ789 reasonably believes is harmful to the Platform, other users or third parties;
• Any legal requirement or order from a competent authority;
• Cessation or modification of Platform operations for any reason.

Termination of access does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities of either party. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including without limitation provisions on intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability and governing law.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to RQ789's jurisdiction of operation. To the extent that any User wishes to raise a dispute with RQ789, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through direct correspondence via the contact details below.

Nothing in this clause limits a consumer's right to bring proceedings in any competent court of the jurisdiction in which they reside, where such right is protected by Applicable Law and cannot be contractually excluded.

Pakistani users are reminded that disputes relating to Third-Party Operators are outside the scope of RQ789's involvement entirely. RQ789 cannot intervene in, mediate or resolve disputes between Users and Third-Party Operators.
